PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Massimo Buonauro was awarded a degree in Law in 2008 from the University of Naples "Parthenope" with a grade of 110/110 summa cum laude. Graduation thesis was entitled "The Competition Authority in Italy".

He earned a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Academy School.

In 2010 he has qualified as Professional Civil Mediator at the Arbitration Council of Nola Bar Association.

In 2013 he has got the admission to legal practice.

In the same year he has passed a competitive exam for the position of Secretary of Local Authority,  he is also registered in the Piedmont Regional Register.

Mr. Massimo Buonauro has also passed a Notarial Competitive Exam and currently works as a Notary in Rome since 2013.

He takes part as a speaker to conferences on subjects belonging to his area of expertise and has worked as a teacher for the University of Rome “Luiss”, for the School of specialization for legal profession at the “Second University of Naples”, for the University of Naples “Federico II” and at the preparation course for the competitive exam for the position of Income Revenue Authority Executive.

He’s author of several publications among which:
